C-section mamas, how long did it take for your body to go back to “normal” or your new normal? I’m mostly talking swelling, fluid retention, etc. but if you want to throw in fat loss, I’m curious, too.

Conversations with my unborn baby

Does anyone have any experience traveling to 9,000 feet above sea level while pregnant? I will be 26 weeks pregnant and we were going to stay at our Colorado cabin for 2-3 weeks, but it is at 9100 ft. I live at 500 ft…obviously I asked my obgyn, but just curious while I wait for her response!
