after MONTHS of training my handspring and Ayesha it FINALLY happened. It all paid off. Today I got my twisted grip lift into an Ayesha! This is the move that took me the longest time to achieve. I can hardly believe it, it seemed so impossible.
i lost my jade split for a while due to an injury but it’s finally back and so close to being flat
it finally happened. I got my BoP. so many people told me I wasn’t flexible enough.

Here’s my “deadlift” so far. I still need a tiny kick to get all the way up but usually my bottom hand struggles. Maybe i bend my elbow to much? Tips are very appreciated!
Any tips for deadlift? I’ve been training my ayesha and I just got my aerial handspring but deadlifts still feel impossible.
