Will my UTAU program work?

About a year ago I worked on a voice bank and then abandoned it. Now I want to resume my work on it, although I can't use my computer right now. So, at first the language of my computer was the one needed - Japanese, but after I stopped working on the voice bank, I returned the language back to the one that was my native language. I haven't opened the program since then. But will it still work if I change the locale back to Japanese? Or will I have to reinstall everything?
