Help with Daf Lf150

Hi guys, wondering if anyone has had any similar experience and whether it’s something that is a simple fix or if it needs to go back to the service provider.

To cut a long story short we have just had a new clutch, slave & master cylinder fitted to our lorry and Just received a call from one of the drivers stating an issue…

When the lorry is put in reverse all of the lights on the lorry including the dash completely cut out.

Has anyone had this issue with a simple fix?

If it’s not I’ll go straight back to the service provider on Monday for it to get rectified.
