I used to be able to play picture-in-picture youtube videos over the top of TurtleWoW and now I can't seem to?

I had initially downloaded TurtleWoW in about January 2024 and I was able to play youtube videos in a little window on top of turtle wow. In about April I needed to clear some space on my computer and deleted TurtleWoW. I came back to TurtleWoW in early August 2024 and found that I could no longer do this. This is still the case after updating to patch 1.17.2. Is anybody else experiencing this?
