Bad swelling 6w po

Hi! So my surgeon and nurse say it doesn't seem like a seroma because it's not slooshy. But I'm extremely swollen compared to before. I'm 6 weeks now and I read only a couple people had worse swelling then it got better.

Did anyone else have bad swelling around now or close to, worse than before but it got better? I look pregnant again.... I did get muscle repair and lipo.
