If Rick were incapacitated and couldn’t “lead” his group, who do ~you~ think could’ve take over for him (temporarily or forever) as the “leader”?

Obviously they did this when Jadis kidnapped him in season 9 when he blew up the bridge, but still, there weren’t any one true leader that Rick seems to fill all the time.
