Should I pull the trigger?

I’m torn between pulling the trigger on the stock shafts and grips vs going custom and getting heads only and getting my own custom shafts and grips. What are your thoughts?

Edit 1: I’m planning on the 101s. No question about that. It is more of going stock or custom building to make all the adjustments and get fitter for the right shafts and the grips in prefer.

Edit 2: I currently have stock Ping G20 irons and either upright (black dot) or flat 1” (red dot). I don’t have them near me right now. Got Golf Pride MCC with 1 layer of tape.
