How bad is bullying in Taiwanese elementary schools?

I’m considering returning to Taiwan with my daughter and I just wanted to know how severe bullying is. I want my daughter to feel comfortable and happy. I’ve lived in Taiwan before and the people were very kind. I don’t recall having any negative experiences, apart from minor inconveniences that come with being a foreigner.
