Have You Worked At The Sugar Bush?
Hello!
I am interviewing for White Meadows Sugar Bush for multiple roles, and could really use some information from anyone who worked there. I asked a lot of questions at the initial interview, and when I left I only had more. Some questions weren't entirely answered, either. I'm hoping someone could help me out.
- How is the training like for the varied positions?
- How do breaks work?
- Can you keep notes with you (as guide)?
- How did you like working there?
- How many hours did you typically work for the initial March-April season?
- Are you alone on your first tours as the guide? Or do you have help?
- Have you ever gotten lost in 'the bush' and was it handled?
- Is it incredibly stressful to be the tour guide?
- Was the script difficult to memorize?
- Did you work in the retail side, as a store attendant? Was it okay?
Any recommendations would be lovely. Thanks to those who can offer some advice. I'm very nervous to hear back from them.
Cheers!
EDIT: I asked a few of these questions at the interview, but they didn't provide much answers.
