First ever smoke

First ever time smoking and decided to give it a go with a 7kg (15lb) brisket. Picked it up from Costco (australia) and after trimming etc approx weight would’ve been 5kg (11lbs) SPG for the rub with a mayo binder.

Smoked for about 13 hours at 235f temp then rested in a towel and esky for 1.5 hours.

I know there’s heaps of room for improvement just wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on this and any advice for future cooks. Cheers.
