Object Manipulation VS better grabbing

Hi reddit's modding community, I'm new to the group(join'd a few minutes ago), though I have been getting plenty of helpful advice through reading other peoples posts and comments. Anyways, I wanted peoples opinion between two mods that I'm torn between. I'm not sure if I should use one or the other or both at the same time. Object manipulation overhaul was very widely spoken about back in 2024 on Youtube's Skyrim mod showcaser's, but now they are speaking highly about Better grabbing as if object manipulation is chop liver.
What's your view on these two mods (or just you opinion on one if you've only used one or the other!) and which do you see as the superior mod?
