SKSE Instant Crash with Zero Mods

Hello, to start I use MO2 with a manual install of SKSE, including the .ini file and all that jazz. Everything was beautiful and fine up up until my MO2 crashed. Then SKSE started to instantly crash on launch, Like a window pops up for a split second then closes. I tried firewall, I tried re installing SKSE and just nuked my whole game and unsinstalled both the game and every single mod and plugin I had INCLUDING deleting my steam folder and completely reverting back to vanilla SkyrimSE and then reinstalling SKSE and it STILL won't launch even from a completely vanilla state. Even trying to launch it outside of the mod manager in the files. Everything is set to run as administrator as well. The vanilla version launches fine. I'm at a complete loss of where to go from here.

Edit: crash logger was not saying anything, it was almost like the game closed too fast for it to realize? I also noticed the MO2 desktop icon was flashing on and off so I have bit the bullet and completely wiped my PC of anything Skyrim related. If a complete fresh install on top of PC restart doesn't work, I will just lay down and cry.

Edit 2 days later: It was the WINDOWS RANSOM WARE file thing blocking mod organizer, not firewall itself as it had all permissions and gave me no notifications that it was being blocked? Idk what triggered it but I've never turned it off until now.
