I’m going to start approaching girls at coffee shops and libraries.

I like to visit my local coffee shops and libraries because I like a quiet place to read and it’s a great place for me to get some work done. Every once in a while, I think about approaching a cute girl I see at any of these locations but I’m just scared to approach. I typically don’t approach unless the girl gives me some sort of sign like a smile or a wave.

What can I do to start approaching girls at a coffee shop/ library ?
