I’d appreciate your advice!

Hey y’all

My roommate just lost his main source of income and is not able to pay for rent at all! We have a one month notice agreement, but I don’t think he can afford the partial payment for February ( Notice from Jan 14 - February 13th ) He literally dosent have the money to pay the partial payment for February. I don’t know what I should do. I’m not in the financial situation to help him out significantly.
