Liquid rad is shit or no?

I’ve heard chemyo has got some pure ass rad 140 and is way stronger but I hate the whole liquid shi and I don’t understand how it works ? The dropper is 1ml so like if I wanna take 20mg I gotta pop that shit 20 times or am I missing smth?
