Some ideas for weekly discussion threads

I was wondering if it might be useful to have some weekly themed discussion threads, particularly for things that are more minor or not strictly in the middle of the parenting/progressive Venn diagram. Thoughts? Some possible ones based on questions from other posts include:

• Parenting Q&A, for parenting questions that aren't particularly political
• Parenting win of the week, because we need room for joy
• Politics venting space, because look sometimes we're gonna need one and somehow with this guy in the White House that time is always Friday afternoon
• Civic win of the week, because seeing everyday people staying politically or community activated and doing good work for a better future is the best source of hope

Does this sound like a good idea? Any other ideas?
