Need help with constant productivity and consistency.

So for a while I’ve been procrastinating on my goal.Which is to edit videos and other important things around 8+ hours a day and eventually find something WFH do. But instead my mind thinks of doing everything to make me procrastinate from doing it.Usually what happens I think about it might do it for 2-3 hours then tell myself I will take a break then end up watching videos and surfing the net for many hours. Also the thing I know this is what I should be doing it’s always in the back of my head literally almost 24/7! Any advice anyone ? What would you do in this situation?Do I need to eliminate distractions?Because every time I do accomplish my I feel satisfied but I want to stay consistent.Also a pm would be preferred if you can but both comment and pm is good.
