5800x with 3060 in 2025

I am new to blender but doing quite a progress. My laptop r75800h 3050 4gb vram and 16/512 is holding quite well but struggling in high polycount frames. i am thinking to for for a pc with
5800X
3060 with 12gb vram
32gb ram
1tb gen 3 ssd.

What are your views on this build and should i go for it? my budget is around 70,000 inr or say about 700 dollars. i would like to go for new components and no old parts. this is just for cpu, i have kept money aside for monitor. Keep it purely as a productivity build as i will be using Adobe Suites and Blender on it and learning Unreal Engine later down the line.

Is there something i should keep in mind while building, any industry expert here or someone using same config or into 3d and stuff. I am 19 so pardon me for any mistake i made in the rough build or if i ask any silly questions. Thank you community for helping me out.

You can come up with a completely different build but that should serve my purpose and I am open to that.
