No interviews, applying for pathology

I applied to 48 pathology programs (mainly mid to low tier programs). But my application is geared towards FM, but i applied pathology as well because pathology is what I actually want to do. Application is FM geared because they were the only clinical experience i could find sadly. (I'm a visa requiring non US IMG).

I did have some pathology experience during med school, for which i attached a home country LOR.

Thats pretty much background, nothing much going for my application I understand, and I have pretty much given up on matching for this year.

I just wanted to ask, before I give up, is there anything else I can do to maybe get an Interview for this cycle? I have sent LOIs to my signalled programs, not sure if I should send to others as well.
