Has your home insurer been awesome? If so, please share.

My home insurance is up for renewal and I wonder if anyone has had a truly good experience with their insurer in the wake of recent wind & fire related claims. I know there are variables, like who you happen to get on the phone. But still, if there are any good experiences I'd love to know.

Edited to say thank you for sharing generously. I'm heartened to hear of responsiveness, generally. I am with Farmers, and won't be shifting as I've come to learn insurance companies aren't accepting new home insurance clients for the most part. I'm happy with what I've got for now.
