Will OW ever be bigger than Marvel Rivals ever again?

In your opinion what does OW have to do to get back to its glory? Or do you even care if OW stays in the shadows of MR?

Blizzard has the capability to do it but has a horrible track record with the prosperity of the OW franchise.

MR is a carbon copy of OW but they have a cast of the biggest and most famous heroes in the whole world, and I think that alone will keep players from all game genres to play the game. Meanwhile OW has nothing but broken promises and underwhelming updates
