Buying the OnePlus 13 Global version in China?

So I'm an American living in china, and I need to buy the global version so i can use google fi (its an e-sim), and i of course want google services. I checked on taobao but couldn't really find a reputable listing that has the global version. I guess im scared someone just bought the chinese version, flashed the global os on it, but then I cant add my e-sim. Anyone have any ideas on how I can source this phone here in mainland China? Im also in thailand right now for two days, so I could also buy it here, but still kinda tough
