Cops looking for this POS that beat up innocent cat with a wooden stool in East Village on Ave D and E 9th St

Be on the lookout for this pos who decided to beat up an innocent cat with a wooden stool. He also had an unleashed dog who tried approaching the cat and the cat arched its back and hissed at the dog which led to the owner being a total scumbag and trying to murder the poor thing!
