Updated Judgmental Map

I have a friend moving to Nashville and trying to figure out where to live. I found this judgmental map of Nashville because I find them kind of helpful but it looks like it’s from 2022. Do some of these still live up to the characterization or have things changed drastically since then?

I’m posting on his behalf because he doesn’t use Reddit (I know, booo). Any help would be greatly appreciated since neither of us know the city too well.
