Incel related mass murder trends and potential prevention.

I wanted to see what your guys suggestions were, mental health and prevention wise, to what seems to be an uptick in mass murder incidents having incel ideology having at least a partial causation factor. I've heard a variety of different viewpoints as to how the community should be handled, and I'm not sure it's becoming worse or not - but its making the news more, so perhaps it is. I wanted to know does it warrant a more direct hands on approach with the community, how would one go about Mitigating the risk of further violence, what kind of mental health support could be provided and would it prove to be effective? How would one go about addressing the problem?
