disappointed with Koio customer service

A $200+ pair of OK brand sneakers isn’t exactly cheap, and they’ve been the most painful to wear, with me giving them a lot of benefits of doubt to “break in”. A month later, right shoe still hurts like hell. Wrote customer service and they kindly said “take it to a cobbler”.

Am I being unreasonable?
