Should I just skip Angmar altogether?

Hi all. I’m a new player. So far have been enjoying the journey and doing Epic Quests. However, Angmar is so crazy with the amount of backtracking that I’m getting exhausted and dont want to burn out. Should I just skip Angmar and go to Moria? Any advice? Is backtracking a common concern? Thanks
