Which schools should I shoot for? URM, 3.5GPA, 168ish lsat?

I just graduated from an Ivy League undergrad with a 3.5GPA. I struggled the first couple years to adjust to the whole college process and got mostly B's. I bounced back the last 2 years with mostly A's and ended with a 3.5. I'm taking the summer to study for the LSAT and take it in October. I scored a 160 on my diagnostics yesterday and feel like that I can improve that once I get used to the test more —time is a big factor, I didn't even answer the last 3 RC bc I ran out of time. I'm hoping I can shoot for a 168-172 range if not higher. I'm also a URM and have heard that will give me a couple points as a boost.

From my research, HYS are out of the picture even if I score a 175 because of my GPA. I think I would still stand a shot at CCN and other T-14s with a 168-172 score, right? I would love UCLA and USC as well just because I grew up in California.
