Jersey city, please shovel your side walks

JC fined me for not shoveling my side walk last year within 4 hours on the one day it snowed (<1”) (shoveled it same day though). The least they could do is shovel the pedestrian plaza days after it snowed.

Also I couldn’t pay it online. Had to go to court. Settled for $100 with the prosecutor. Dread to think how much it actually cost taxpayers to put me through that process…definitely more than $100.
