How do I download my call recordings?

I have a few call recording that I need to download; I used the native option in iOS 18, I have an iPhone 12 Pro. From ‘notes’ I was able to forward the shorter ones (approx 10 minutes) to my email, but when I try and do the same for longer recordings (>40 minutes) it just sends an empty email with no attachment. I tried connecting to iTunes, but I can only access voice memos, not call recordings. Any idea?
