Hearing Aid Change GPS Spoof

Hey there! I’m from Argentina, but my phone is set to the USA region. However, my main iPhone account is set to Argentina. I’ve tried spoofing my GPS location and using a VPN, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had any luck with this? Maybe if I use a USA store account as my primary account (log out of my iPhone and log in with that account), it should work?
