Pharmacy drive thru thoughts
I went to CVS drive thru and waited 20-25mins for my turn. I know they're short staffed. When it was my turn at the window the employee asked if I was still taking one of my other medications (yes) and started telling me about the interactions with the one I was picking up. There were still cars behind me waiting. I stopped him and said I was already aware of the interactions (Dr informed me plus I've taken both before.) He said he HAD to tell me. I said I preferred not to waste anymore time and could I just pay. He said he HAD to tell me. Literally 30mins to pick up 1 prescription! I would've initially just listened but usually it's not mandatory. What do others experience?
