Thinking about quitting. Thoughts?

So I (27M) bought a rebel 300 about a month ago. I thought long and hard about getting a motorcycle and accepting the risk. I really wanted to meet new people and have fun riding, but in reality I'm scared on the road. I've only driven a couple miles at a time. I'm especially worried that because I'm a beginner other drivers will get impatient and road rage etc.

I'm trying to remember that I was scared when I started driving a car for the same reasons, but has anyone else experienced this? Does it sound like I should get rid of the bike? Thanks 🙏🏻
