Play without supply pack

Hi,

So I've been playing for a little while now, and have really become attached to using the supply pack. However, I really want to try out some of the other support weapons and gadgets that take up the backpack slot, but I am so reliant on the supply pack I do not know how to strategize or play without it. I just wanted to ask if anyone could maybe suggest some ways to play the game without needing to use the supply pack.
