[USA-MI] [H] PayPal [W] GTX 1080, 512gb SSD

Currently attempting to assemble a $500 build for a friend and was hoping to get my hands on a 1080 for him. My budget is very tight so $175 is the hard limit on what I can spend. I'd also be interested in a 512gb NVMe/SSD for around $30. Let me know what you have and if we can work something out
