Question, can i use promo photos from the manufacturers website of brands my work sells?

I need to create promo blog posts for a vape store. they do not have their own photo's. the brands do not have an obvious "download promo material" page publically available. can i use pics from the manufacturers website?

We're buying directly from them so they do have a big incentive to get their pics out there. but it goes in against my education haha, copyright n stuff.
