Tired of FPS and online competitive games. Please recommend your favorite single player games that I can sink hours into.

I've sank way too many hours into games like CS, Valorant, LoL, and marvel rivals. They are all starting to get way too competeive and it is ruining my enjoyment. I've realized I much rather prefer single player games with lots of progression and where I can craft unique builds or have a different experience almost every playthrough, Bonus points if the story is great.

Some games i've played and loved that fit this 'narrative' are most notably; Skyrim, Fallout, Ghost of Tsushima, Cyberpunk (just finished this), RDR2, KCD, Assassins Creed, Dishonored, OSRS, and even stuff like spiderman... I like perk trees I guess,

What I haven't played are games like BG3 (tried it but the whole DnD thing is too much for me), Dark Souls/Elden ring, and a few bit of other popular games.
