Game crashing immediately after start up?

Hey all, I have had this issue for about over a year now. I run the game, I see the the loading screen where it says “please wait,” and it immediately crashes. I have verified the game files several times, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and nothing has fixed this issues. I also had no mods the last time it worked, so there wouldnt be an issue with broken mods.
