Networking and Job Search

I'm on the hunt for networking events. I'll have my CMEL w/ IR in May; I have found that other than CFI, the pickings are slim for a guy with 260+ hours. I'm looking for some opportunities to network and hopefully brush shoulders with the right people or at least learn of more places to send resumes and apply. I'm currently a member of my local NBAA chapter and attend the quarterly meetings, but I need a bit more. Any suggestions? (I have an account on climbto350, Pilot Career Center, and on the newsletter for The Road to 1500. So, I've covered my bases there).
