How long did your reasonable accommodation request take?

I work for USCIS and was fully remote before the President mandated we RTO. I submitted a reasonable accommodation request due to a disability and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes. From what I was told, I should hear back within 20 business days but wanted to check with others and see if it aligns with the agency guidance.

Also, is it up to the supervisor to approve/disapprove the RA?
