Body fat percentage

I’m 55, post-menopausal, and having a ton of trouble getting my body fat down. I’m 5’2” 141lbs and 38% body fat according to inbody. I go to f45 6 days a week and while I’ve lost a few pounds over the last year or two, the body comp doesn’t change. I eat pretty well, but I dont deny myself anything completely. F45 says I should be at 1300 cals but I know that’s too little. I really try to stay on top of protein but more than 100 grams is not really sustainable for me. Would love any advice from people in a similar situation on what has worked.
