Anyone else have one of these?

Found while finally going through some boxes from my late parents stuff.

The cover is really faded and it’s probably from sometime in the 1960s. It belonged to my mom.

It says “Book of Remembrance” and has a drawing of a temple - I’m going to guess the SLC temple.
