bltouch came with swapped wires, I didn't realize and installed. Did I fry my board?

As the title describes, I installed my bltouch on a V4.2.2 board without realizing the wires were crossed. I didn't see or smell any smoke, but after turning it on (also updated firmware for the first time) the screen is entirely blank. Not the blue screen of death I've seen posted, just black.
The fan in the extruder is running, so that's . . . something.

Did I blow the board?
