Where can I make feature suggestions most effectively?

I know this is the official subreddit and all but are feature requests and ideas actually seen by the devs if they are posted here?

My point is that I'd like to have pages in Folders. I have an Auto Exit folder with a lot of buttons. So many in fact, that I had to create a subfolder to fit more actions/buttons into it. But Auto Exit in the second folder only brings me back to it's parent folder. If folders had pages, Auto Exit would bring me back to the home screen instead.

So I'd like to suggest making pages available in folders to the devs but I also want to make sure that I use the best channel to do so.
