What Do You Use Plate Reverbs For?

Been producing for a few years but I almost never use plates, I always stick to halls (Raum) for synths and short room (Valhalla) for some plucky synth sounds. But Im open to learn... so where do you guys mostly use plate reverb? If we disregard vocals and focus on production only.
