Master League is coming in EF2025! Here are my predictions.

A few days ago I posted https://www.reddit.com/r/eFootball/comments/1c7zfn2 and predicted that good things are coming but people don't believe me. Now see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSdm_ZyxVrU that has leaks of Master League, Edit Mode and Player Trade (I'm skeptical of Player Trade but ML is very plausible).

Here are my predictions of how ML will look like based on my 15+ years of experience working in the software industry.

#1. It won't be free. You either get it as a paid DLC, or it comes with the paid match pass with a monthly subscription model.

#2. It won't be a new mode, but will be on top of MyLeague. In other words, if you don't buy Master League, you can still play with the vanila MyLeague.

#3. There are 3 types of players you can sign in ML: a) cards you own, b) all standard GP players, c) loaners (eg, 10-match loaners in MyLeague). If you want to play with epic Messi, Dinho and other juicy promo cards in ML, you would still need to spin the 150-packs and own them first.

#4. They will find some way to simulate players' career progression, eg, boost during a player's peak time and regress when a player gets old. It's different from XP Training which affect the player's base stats. The "progression" here is more like a modifier as in FIFA's CareerMode.

#5. They will find some way to let you compete pvp online using your ML squad.

I'm confident that Konami will release ML to increase $$$ due to #1, #3 and #5. A common fallacy is to assume that having ML will discourage people from playing pvp and spinning for the packs. It's simply not true, because if it's true EAFC will cut their CareerMode or ProClubs etc but it's not happening.
