I think I got scammed

So for context I went to this shop with limited information about pc parts and computers I only know I wanted my storage to be 1tb and GPU to be 4060ti. I just trust the seller to give me what I want at a fair pricing which is completely my fault for trusting him and I admit that. Can anyone please tell me whether this is worth the price(it is in Singapore dollars)

My only concern now is I want to upgrade the pc in the future because of the shitty parts and components but I think that it won’t be upgradable and I would have to spend another 1k on another pc in the future. What should I do? The seller refuse to give me a refund or the upgrade of cpu or motherboard.
