Maker/Miles reading order

I picked up reading the entire original ultimate universe a while ago and id like to have a reading order set in place for after ultimate end to follow the maker and miles as I know they both jump to 616 and reed then branches off from that and makes his own ultimate universe. Id like to follow both of them at the same time. I have some ideas on how to blend some reading orders I've found but I'm wondering if there's been a mad lad that's already made an all in one reading order for miles and the maker in the new ultimate universe
