Lipo done yesterday

I just got my procedure done yesterday. I can't take the wrap off for the first 48 hours before showering and I am in a lot of pain! My face is a bit swollen and I have a headache from the top part of the wrap. I have taken Paracetamol and iced- any other recommendations?
